  Short Version: Extremely slow service, and only average quality food.
  
  Long Version: While on vacation, i brought my family here for dinner after seeing the caverns. The waitress was friendly, seated us quickly, and took our drink order. She gave us a few minutes to browse the menu, and then took our food order.
  
  Almost 40 minutes later, our appetizers arrived, and one of them was missing. Our food arrived about 45 minutes after the appetizers, and the final appetizer about 10 minutes after that. Another family that arrived about 10 minutes after we did were still waiting on a single pizza after an hour.
  
  The waitress was apologetic, and kept saying she didn't know what was taking them so long. Our two families were the only customers in the store, and only one delivery order went out the entire time were were there, so they weren't busy. She said several times that if they wanted to cancel their order, she would understand, but that she could not give them an estimated time frame, or an explanation for the delay. It sounded like she was told to say this, and almost felt like they were actually trying to get the family to cancel the order. i felt a little bad for the waitress because she was just the middleman. None of the problems were her fault.
  
  The food itself wasn't great. It wasn't bad, but it certainly was not worth the wait. The seating area of the restaurant was clean enough. i didn't check the bathrooms though, so i'm not sure about them. i expect they probably looked fine considering the rest of the place.
